Mindtree’s dedicated ServiceNow Practice has developed managed IT services solution in partnership with ServiceNow. Under the expanded strategic partnership, Mindtree plans to launch new services and products focused around ServiceNow capabilities. These include SecOps and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) services to help enterprises prioritize and remediate security vulnerabilities, and IT Business Management (ITBM), and HR service delivery along with Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions. Mindtree and ServiceNow are increasing efforts around co-innovation by leveraging Mindtree’s broader ecosystem of our parent company, L&T, to build digitally connected workflows to help companies manage their critical infrastructure and generate a greater return on their IoT investments.
