The challenge

The customer was looking for a partner to engineer, test and sustain some of their products. The challenge to support multiple platforms and tools was intensified with the need to provide multi-lingual support. Flexibility in engagement models along with the capability to manage products end-to-end was essential.

Our solution

Mindtree instituted flexible working models ranging from distributed development, module ownership and End of Life (EoL) management. This was essential to design and develop products end-to-end. More than 20 innovations across product lines were developed and delivered over a period of time.

Our approach

To ensure quick and high quality releases, Mindtree followed an iterative, metrics-driven, agile methodology across all projects. Continuous improvement programs such as focused training on products, intellectual property protection, cultural assimilation and virtual teams were instituted. This helped drive better collaboration and business continuity. We established a dedicated and secured ODC, with high bandwidth connectivity to the customer’s facilities to achieve lower cost of ownership. Our expertise and process excellence ensured a high quality of deliverables at every stage.
