The Challenge
Most of the client’s end-customers used Oracle Taleo Recruitment application. However, the client lacked the flexibility to effectively integrate different versions of its customers’ Taleo environment with its own talent portal. Their internal team also did not have adequate knowledge of Taleo, further hampering the integration efforts. What’s more, over 100 potential customers were hesitant to subscribe to the client’s job board due to the lack of predefined integration solution. Other issues such as higher cost of integration and inaccuracies in recruitment data collection and display further compounded the challenges.

After conducting a deep-dive assessment of the application integration and deployment related challenges, Mindtree focused on integrating the client’s talent portal to its end customers’ Taleo instances, using Web services and Taleo API’s. Our solution enabled multiple Taleo integrations across various clients - in one go. Our robust integration services leveraged reusable components across versions of Taleo, starting from 12C, and delivered them through an offshore support model.
