This is a web based, access controlled, collaborative document management platform. It facilitates collaboration, knowledge creation and sharing information. This ensures increased productivity within teams and software reuse within an account.
Tools for process documentation:
Mindtree uses Micro Focus Modernization Workbench as a documentation tool. The tool helps in quicker knowledge acquisition, faster documentation and provides an efficient way to analyze production issues in lesser time. These features enable the support teams to be productive from the day one of moving into steady state. The tool provides features which can be used both during discovery/KT phase and during steady state phase.

- Inventory report - Gives high level statistics for source file type
- CRUD report - Shows the data operations that a program performs (Insert, Read, Update and Delete) and the data objects on which the program operates (Files, tables, etc.)

- Unresolved report – Identifies missing application elements
