Mindtree Limited invites an Expression of interest (EoI) for its proposed Social Center Block at Plot No.1, Rev PLOT No. 1288 (p); Khata no 420, Village Pathargadia, SEZ CHANDAKA INDUSTRIAL AREA, Bhubaneswar
Interested Parties are requested to submit the EOI in the preferred format along with the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to the undersigned. Mindtree will receive your responses up to 4.00 PM on or before June 20, 2018. To access, download the Project Brief, and documentation needed to submit the Expression of Interest.
The Applicant should be a valid legal and duly registered/incorporated single business entity (Sole Proprietorship firm/Registered Partnership firm/a company registered in India under the Companies Act 1956). The Applicant should have an average annual turnover of at least INR 100 crores and should not have posted losses during the last three financial years. Joint Venture proposals shall not be considered.
After receiving and reviewing your Expression of Interest and EMD, Mindtree will conduct an electronic Bid followed by an electronic Auction.
Mindtree reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason. Mindtree’s decision will be final and binding.
