Magnet360 built a solution that helps Ecolab’s customers with real-time food protection and monitoring of environmental health. Salesforce IoT’s rules have been leveraged to detect business events that required attention. Integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud with Salesforce IoT is used to trigger notifications, reminders and training.
