Mindtree engaged with the client in 2019 to develop and enhance the online testing platform on a fixed bid engagement of 6 months duration. The program followed an agile delivery methodology with a regular governance to review progress.
Client business challenge
There were multiple issues with the online assessment platform leading to poor user experience, performance, and adoption. The platform primarily faced issues in the following areas:
- The application was not responsiveness for across several browsers and mobile devices
- There were frequent performance issues where as the previous system it could not support high user volume
- The application was did not as permeet market standards
