MSC Industrial Supply sells parts, tools and other products to the maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) market. Although much of today’s manufacturing industry is high tech, in 2007 the average MRO purchasing manager was more likely to have a worn, bookmarked catalog on his desk than a PC.
This case study follows the path of how Mindtree helped launch MSC to the top of their industry through e-commerce excellence.
