Our client wanted a scalable solution to digitize and automate the process of generating and enabling Just in Time micro-Insights bringing synergies across the enterprise ecosystem by connecting different business functions for their customer base. We took a learning-based approach to build a self-service data science platform using an agile execution framework, which enabled customers to choose algorithms, insights, and recommendations as per their business and analytical needs. As a trusted partner, we envisioned, architected, and implemented a state-of-the-art cloud-based analytics ecosystem on GCP leveraging the customers’ existing solution/ databases/ applications and scaled them to onboard new innovations generating more insights at an amazing, enhanced pace, and accuracy. The solutions enhanced efficiency of all 17 insight areas with improved accuracy, higher reliability, scalability, and broader cross domain recommendations.

The Telegraph Media Group was looking for near real-time data for improved decisions. However, the legacy architecture constrained the turnaround time for enabling data to business as well as increased the total cost of ownership due to significant spending on license. Data availability for critical business consumption was gradually getting impacted, resulting in delayed or incorrect decisions. The key solution construct was to adopt native GCP services to enable near real-time data publishing for business decision-making, thereby eliminating the need for legacy ETL tools, thus enabling the dual benefits of faster time to insight at lower costs. As an outcome of this engagement, 5X faster availability of customer subscription metrics for customer engagement center teams and significant lower TCO was achieved.

Mindtree helped a global credit rating company move legacy applications to next-gen data fabric architecture on GCP. Mindtree supplied a qualitative assessment framework supplemented by SME interviews, identified gaps, assessed business criticality of the applications to be migrated to GCP. Additionally, we developed KPIs with the client to assess the quality of migrations, with special considerations on data security in line with their GDPR needs. The assessment provided a renewed emphasis on security, data modeling, data provenance, data lineage, and auditing, as well as advanced control mechanisms for operations monitoring.
